Management consulting refers to both the industry and practice of helping organizations improve their performance, primarily through the analysis of existing business problems and development of plans for improvement. Organizations hire the services of management consultants for a number of reasons, including, for example, to gain external and presumably more objective advice and recommendations, to gain access to the consultants' specialized expertise, or simply as temporary help during a one-time project, where the hiring of permanent employees is not required. Because of their exposure to and relationships with numerous organizations, consultancies are also said to be aware of industry ‘best practices.’ Consultants may also provide organizational change management assistance, development of coaching skills, technology implementation, strategy development, or operational improvement services. Management consultants generally bring their own, proprietary methodologies or frameworks to guide the identification of problems, and to serve as the basis for recommendations for more effective or efficient ways of performing business tasks.

We believe in the power of relationships. We've built our business through the powerful tool of networking. Let us help you build your career through the unique networking tools offered by our team.
We leverage a proven system of identifying your stakeholders and key colleagues, categorizing your relationship with them, and helping you to strengthen or build the connections you need in order to succeed. This isn't LinkedIn or Facebook, this is real human interaction with people who are important to your success.
In the past, networking had a negative connotation; people used their network to get ahead while they racked up favors to be owed or collected. Our perspective on Networking is that the relationships should be beneficial to both parties or they shouldn't be built at all. To that end, we encourage a process of getting to know your stakeholders and key colleagues in a totally unique way - by finding out what they might need from you - before you even think about what you might need from them. The tools we offer can help you achieve this objective easily and naturally - without fear of looking like you are using people for your own ends.
Think of us as the first contact in your networking plan.
Whether working on a team project in school or acting as a member of a task force at work, group dynamics are an integral part of a project or team's success. Traditionally, organizations focus on the success of an individual and rewards and recognition are handed out accordingly. However, the old adage stands true: The whole is greater than the sum of its parts. The outcome of a group effort will always have the opportunity to be greater than a single individual's efforts.
At Alandria Saifer, Ph.D. Inc. we are proponents of both team learning and team success. To that end we focus both on the concept of Conflict Management as well as Action Learning to help the teams we work with funtion with excellence and produce like geniuses.
